Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. [Prices include GST.] [Prices do not include GST; Layered & Co. is not registered for GST.] "From" prices are the starting price for the smallest size; the price for your chosen size and options is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders and payment
Purchases are made through Square's checkout. Your order is accepted when Square confirms payment and you receive a receipt. Ready-made pieces are one of a kind; if a piece sells before your payment completes, you will be refunded in full.
Made-to-order and custom pieces
Each piece is made by hand, so texture, tone and small details vary from the photographs and from piece to piece. That is the nature of the work, not a fault. Custom pieces are made to the brief we agree by email; [a deposit of X% is required before work begins and the balance is due before delivery]. Approved briefs cannot be changed once work has started.

Returns
See Returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Gift cards

Artwork and images
All artwork, designs and photographs on this site are the property of Layered & Co. Buying a piece gives you the piece, not the right to reproduce the design. Please ask before using images from this site.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
