Pieces are shipped within Australia only, and pickup is available locally. Orders with a delivery address outside Australia cannot be accepted at checkout.

Shipping

Every piece is wrapped by hand and packed to protect its texture. Larger and duo pieces travel in separate boxes.
Timing
Ready-made pieces are packed and sent within [X] business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take [X–X weeks] to create, then [X] business days in transit depending on where you are in Australia. I will let you know when your piece is on its way.
Damage in transit
Please open your parcel as soon as it arrives. If a piece has been damaged on the way, email layeredcoart@gmail.com within [X] days with a photo of the piece and the packaging and I will sort it out with you. See Returns for your rights.
