What I collect, and why
This website
This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. It does not collect anything about you as you browse. The fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Custom-order requests
The custom-order form opens your own email app with a message addressed to layeredcoart@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. I use your name, email, phone number and the details of the piece you describe to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to make and deliver your piece. I keep the email for as long as I need it for your order and my records.
Buying a piece
Purchases are made through Square, which runs the checkout, takes your payment and sends your receipt. Square collects your name, contact details, delivery address and payment details under its own privacy policy, and shares with me only what is needed to fulfil your order. I do not see or store your card number.
Sharing
I share your details only with the services needed to complete your order: Square for payment, and the courier for delivery. I do not sell or give your details to anyone else.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time what details I hold about you, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them, by emailing layeredcoart@gmail.com.
